1. Who we are

Auto Refresh | Page Monitor (autorefresh.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@xeviora.com

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Auto Refresh | Page Monitor.

2. The service

Auto Refresh | Page Monitor is a browser extension with an accompanying web service. The extension reloads pages you choose on a timer and, when you grant it access to a site, watches those pages for the changes you define, records a history of what changed, tracks values you point it at, performs routine page interactions you configure (such as dismissing a popup or expanding a section), and delivers alerts. Refreshing and local monitoring run entirely inside your own browser; cloud sync, history, AI and outbound alerts run on our service.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and only required for cloud sync, alerts delivered outside the browser, and AI features. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Plans, trial and Lifetime

Pro is billed in advance either monthly (US$3.99 per month) or yearly (US$27 per year) and renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

The free trial lasts 7 days, runs locally inside the extension and unlocks the paid feature set. It requires no card and no account, and there is nothing to cancel. When the trial ends you are not charged anything and it never converts into a paid plan on its own — paid features simply become read-only, and you are only charged if you choose to upgrade.

Lifetime (US$59) is a one-time payment that gives you access to the plan's features for as long as Auto Refresh | Page Monitor is offered. It does not renew. Its AI allowance resets yearly rather than monthly. If we ever discontinue Auto Refresh | Page Monitor, we will give at least 90 days' notice.

AI operations and outbound email are subject to the allowances stated on the pricing page. Reaching an allowance disables that feature until the period resets; it never interrupts refreshing or local monitoring.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://autorefresh.xeviora.com/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Auto Refresh | Page Monitor to:

• break any law;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• access content or data you are not authorised to access;
• violate the terms of third-party websites or services;
• send request volumes that a reasonable operator would consider abusive, or that are intended to degrade a site's availability;
• circumvent a captcha, rate limit or other access control;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• collect personal data about others without a lawful basis;
• interfere with or overload our systems; or
• resell or share the service without our permission.

You choose the sites and the intervals. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of the sites you point it at, and for choosing intervals proportionate to what you are watching.

The extension detects captchas so that it can stop and tell you; it does not attempt to solve, get around or otherwise defeat them, and building tooling on top of it for that purpose is a breach of these Terms.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the rules, monitors and captured data you create. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with Auto Refresh | Page Monitor.

9. Intellectual property

Auto Refresh | Page Monitor, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; Auto Refresh | Page Monitor is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a monitor will detect every change or that an alert will always arrive in time; websites change without notice, browsers suspend background tabs, and networks fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refreshing and local monitoring continue to work when our servers do not. Cloud sync, history, alerts and AI depend on the service and are provided without an uptime guarantee. Paid licences continue to be honoured offline for a grace period so that an outage on our side does not downgrade you.

11. Termination

You can stop using Auto Refresh | Page Monitor at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
