Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
The service
Auto Refresh | Page Monitor is a browser extension and an accompanying web service operated by Xeviora. The extension reloads pages you choose and, when you grant it access to a site, watches those pages for changes you define.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send request volumes that a reasonable operator would consider abusive, or that are intended to degrade a site's availability;
- circumvent a captcha, rate limit, queue system or other access control;
- violate a website's terms of use, or automate purchasing in a way those terms forbid;
- collect personal data about others, or resell the service as your own.
The extension detects captchas so that it can stop and tell you; it does not attempt to solve or bypass them, and building tooling on top of it for that purpose is a breach of these terms.
Your responsibility for what you monitor
You choose the sites and the intervals. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of the sites you point it at, and for choosing intervals proportionate to what you are watching.
Accounts
An account is optional and only required for cloud sync, alerts delivered outside the browser, and AI features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are sold by Paddle acting as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases grant the paid feature set indefinitely, with an AI allowance that resets annually. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's buyer terms; we honour a request made within 14 days of purchase where the service has not been substantially used.
Quotas
AI operations and outbound email are subject to the allowances stated on the pricing page. Reaching an allowance disables that feature until the period resets; it never interrupts refreshing or local monitoring.
Availability
Refreshing and local monitoring run entirely in your browser and continue to work when our servers do not. Cloud sync, history, alerts and AI depend on the service and are provided without an uptime guarantee. Paid licences continue to be honoured offline for a grace period so that an outage on our side does not downgrade you.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that a monitor will detect every change or that an alert will always arrive in time; websites change without notice, browsers suspend background tabs, and networks fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that breach the acceptable-use section above.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the release notes. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
